Alec's is great.  The person who answers their phone is pleasant and easy to deal with, even with complicated schedules. And they do a great job - they take good care of our furniture and the carpets and upholstery look fantastic after they clean it!  They even keep track of what they've done for me before - I can rely on them to tell me when certain carpets were cleaned last!
